Subject: ruby-openssl: == incorrect for X509-Subjects

Hi,

just a minor bug: 

When comparing two objects of class 

  OpenSSL::X509::Name

(e.g. when comparing whether one certificiate is the issuer of another one)
the == function does not result in true even if names match exactly.
