Hello, everyone. Hope you are all doing well. Without going into terrible details, I am looking for a way to move an object in the symbol table. I am currently using memcpy with some success: /* VALUE to, from; */ MEMCPY( (void *)to, (void *)from, RVALUE, 1 ); The problem is that RVALUE struct is hidden in gc.c and I know of no way to retrieve a sizeof( RVALUE ). I have looked at DUPSETUP and CLONESETUP, but these are inferior to simply copying the memory. I am trying to solve a problem with circular references. So, I will not be copying Fixnums, Strings, Booleans, Qnil, etc. Does any have any suggestions? Am I overlooking an API call that can do this? _why
