On the last line, consistent with `&.`, I would have expected:
```ruby
# call([[:vcall, [:ident, "a"]], [:op, "::"], [:ident, "b"]])
```

This is true for the "operator" argument of `call`, `command_call` and `field`.
Is it intended?
