Subject: Procs and bindings in 1.9

The Proc#binding method has disappeared in 1.9.0 (my build is from two 
days ago), although its rdoc comment is still there...

Also Kernel.eval() won't accept a Proc as its second argument.

Are these intentional changes, or have these features simply not been 
implemented in YARV yet?
