According to http://blog.unicode.org/2022/11/the-unicode-standard-2023-rele=
ase.html, Unicode plans to release Version 15.1 in September 2023. Accordin=
g to https://www.unicode.org/versions/beta.html, public alpha review starts=
 Feb. 7, 2023, and ends April 4, 2023. Because alpha review may not include=
 all the files we use, it may be difficult for us to participate.



Public beta review is planned to start May 23, 2023, ending July 4, 2023. A=
t this point, we should be able to test things.
