[ruby-core:109443] RubyKaigi 2022 "Ruby Committers vs the World" sponsored by Cookpad (travel support)

From: Koichi Sasada <ko1@...>
Date: 2022-08-08 04:22:09 UTC
List: ruby-core #109443
Hi all,

Cookpad Inc. supports Ruby committers who can attend "Ruby Committers vs
the World" session at this RubyKaigi2022, as RubyKaigi2019. We will
offer travel expense (except hotel fees).

Regulation:
- A person can attend "Ruby Committers vs the World".
- A person can give us the receipt of travel fees at RubyKaigi 2022
place (or earlier in PDF or something like that).

To support many people, we only offer "regular" transportation fare.

Also we have a budget limitation so that we are not sure we can support
all of who ask this support.

If you want to use this support, please fill your information into the
following form:

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSckRbljiJfm4hX724Gas2lNvjNE2Q4UxobtWbLWExTTvyDXtg/viewform?usp=sf_link

If you have questions, please ask me.

The followings message about visa support from RubyKaigi 2022 organizers:

```
RubyKaigi organizers are working on visa invitation process for
RubyKaigi 2022 speakers and Ruby core committers; All foreign nationals
(anyone without a visa or Japanese passport) need a visa to enter Japan.
If you’re a committer but not a speaker and want to attend in-person
from abroad, contact 2022@rubykaigi.org ASAP to get help. RubyKaigi 2022
Speakers will automatically  receive an announcement and application
forms soon.
```

Thanks,
Koichi
