Unicode Version 14.0.0 is currently in beta. See the announcement at https://home.unicode.org/unicode-14-0-beta-review/ and more details at https://www.unicode.org/versions/beta-14.0.0.html. We should test the new data during the beta period, and later update Ruby after the official release, which is planned for September 14, 2021.
