He has sent [about ten pull requests to ruby](https://github.com/ruby/ruby/pulls?q=author%3Akateinoigakukun), and all of them have been merged. He is now working on porting Ruby to WASI (#18462). After it is merged, we need a maintainer of the platform. @katei Can you be a Ruby comitter and a platform maintainer for WASI?
