    This is not a regression though. Ruby version are never officially
    tested on any supported platform. At least I don't know any URL that
    would the if platform works or not.  I can try to run 1.8.6 testsuite
on
    windows 2000, and solaris 10, x86_64, x86_32 and sparc solaris 8.
